These terms govern your use of ClientFlow. By starting a trial or using the service, you agree to them.
Free Trial and Billing. Your first 30 days are free. On day 31, the card on file is charged $97 for the monthly plan or $970 for the annual plan, based on the plan you selected. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. We email you before your trial ends.
Cancellation. There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancel before your trial ends and you pay nothing. After a charge, your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Your Data. Your customer list and business data belong to you. You can export your data at any time. You are responsible for having permission to contact the people you add to ClientFlow and for following applicable messaging laws.
Acceptable Use. Do not use ClientFlow to send spam, break the law, or harm others. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Service and Liability. We work hard to keep ClientFlow available and secure, but the service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
